Our staff completes various audits and kitchen inspections to ensure that the Nutrition and Dietary department is survey ready
We develop the HAACP plan with logs and train staff on step by step procedures and logs of the HAACP plan.
Our corporate Chef prepares a cycle menu based on seasonal produce to provide fresh ingredients and meet budget friendly goals. We also offer ala carte menus and special event menus. Our menus are approved by our Dietitian and meet local and federal nutritional guidelines.
We assist with policy development and implementation and review and revise policies and procedures as needed.
Daily and weekly training as needed to ensure that all staff is prepared to excel in their specified role. Plan of Corrections provided when needed.
We provide 6hour trainings and exams to ensure that all necessary staff is Serve Safe Certified.
We lead support, and motivate our team. We ensure that all care and documentation provided by dietitians utilizes up to date evidenced based nutrition practices and exceeds state and federal guidelines. We complete various audits and trainings to ensure that the dietitians perform extensive and ongoing assessments of each client or resident,
